Overview Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Hygiene & Safety Exceptions Due to the nature of our products (hair care, cosmetics, and application tools), we maintain strict hygiene standards. We cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, unsealed, tested, or used. All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
How to Request a Return Please do not send your purchase back to us without authorization. To ensure a secure process, the option to request a return is exclusively available inside your account after your order has been successfully delivered.
To complete your return, follow these steps:
Log in to your account and navigate to the Orders section.
Locate the delivered order you wish to return.
Once the order status is marked as “Completed”, a “Request Refund” button will appear next to it.
Click the button to access our secure form.
Provide your order details and upload photos showing the condition of the items.
Our team will review your request.
Once approved, we will send you an email with further instructions and provide a return shipping label.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the items.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@embracevibers.com.
Sale items Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please follow the return request process inside your account or email us at sales@embracevibers.com.
